This series explores the areas of passage and transition between past and present. It brings together places that belong to my past and self-portraits rooted in the present, through a series of layered images. Each shot is taken on film, while the layering is crafted digitally. This hybrid approach allows me to maintain control over the final render and to convey a singular feeling attached to each of these places. These layerings embody the way memories blend and intertwine, merging past and present into a single image.
